Adrian trained as a pattern and modelmaker 40 years ago following 10 years on the bench and a further 10 year in the CAD office.
Adrian led a Management Buyout Out in 2001 and has overseen the company move from a moderate turnover to its current £10m through managing internal growth and some strategic purchasing. He currently leads a strong engineering team with an ethos of design and development at the core of the ATS values.
For his leisure he is still playing hockey and tennis although at a slightly more sedate level but still got to the national veteran’s cup final 2 years ago.
